  • Please bring a photo of your cadet for the photo board if you have not done so already.  Put your cadets name and year on the back. 

  • You will be receiving an EVite invitation which you should use to RSVP.  If you do not receive an EVite, then please RSVP on the form below and send your check, payable to “NTUSAFAPC”, to Treasurer Bruce Hrabak.  Please, RSVP by mail, email, or phone by August 16, 2008. 

  • Payment can be made at the door, but be sure to RSVP so we know you are attending.

  • Please note that your RSVP is also a financial obligation.  If you RSVP and do not attend please plan to send your check in. 

  • FYI: Raffle ticket money goes to provide a $25 check to the cadets of the winners.
